roomo.rent collects account information, identity verification documents, listings, marketplace activity, and communications you submit through the app to operate roommate matching, marketplace, and cleaning services.
Name, email, phone, profile photo, government ID (for safety), location details you provide, payment metadata via our payment processor, and device tokens for notifications.
To verify accounts, enable messaging and bookings, process payments in escrow, moderate community and marketplace content, and respond to support or lawful requests.
We share data with service providers (hosting, email, cloud storage, payments) only as needed to run roomo.rent. We do not sell personal data.
